Lost Samaritan

William Archer has an office job and leads an average life together with his wife Maddie. One night he learns that Maddi cheated on him with her superior. Devastated he drives through the night and gets into an awful accident. He isn't injured and obsesses over saving the other victime's life. Thats why he pulls the other man out of the car and takes him to the closest hospital. But no good deed goes unpunished – What William doesn't know is that two FBI agents tried to kill the man. Know he too becomes a target.
