In area around the border between the USA and Mexico drug dealers use paramilitary forces to reach their goals. Their organizations are not only powerful but most of all ruthless and cruel. As a deterrent they put videos showing torture and murder on the internet. Among their victims are representatives of law and media. Sometimes such organizations form some sort of parallel state. A real approach to stop all this seems far away.
